At EXPLORIST.life, we’re dedicated to simplifying and educating you on mobile, marine, and off-grid electrical systems. However, we recognize that electrical systems can be intimidating, complex, and time-consuming. Now we have a solution!
We have outlined what to expect and the steps to get started below. We recommend fully reviewing the information on this page, including the estimated cost breakdowns and installation location prior to requesting an installation date.
Once you have fully reviewed the below information follow these steps to get on our schedule!
How to Book an Installation:
Step 1: Review Our Availability Calendar (click to expand)
Our installations are usually booked 4-6 weeks in advance. You can check our calendar for upcoming availability.
Please note, this is the date on which your installation would start. Most installs take between 3-7 days, depending on the complexity of your project. The full time necessary to complete your installation will be discussed during your consultation call.
Please note that your drop-off date is NOT GUARANTEED until you have paid your deposit and received confirmation from us.
Step 2: Pay Your Installation Deposit (click to expand)
Your installation deposit of $500 will secure your installation spot. Once the details have been confirmed, your deposit will be applied to your final installation invoice.
The deposit is fully refundable if the installation is canceled before the consultation.
After the consultation, $200 of the deposit is non-refundable.
The full deposit becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled installation.

Step 4: Schedule Your Consultation (click to expand)
You will have a consultation with our installation manager to gather all of the details of your project and ensure everything is ready to go. We will address any questions you may have during this consultation.
You will receive a link via email to schedule your consultation once your deposit is paid.
Step 5: Confirm Your Installation Date (click to expand)
Our installation manager will confirm your installation date with you and officially book your installation.

We Can Travel to You
Our installation team can travel to you, but it will cost you. Our minimum travel fee to cover flights, hotels, travel days, administrative costs, and incidentals is $5,000. Travel to us in Blue River, Oregon to save on those travel fees!

Installation costs vary depending on the type of project and size of system. For the best bang for your buck, choose a pre-designed EXPLORIST.life kit. We have dozens of options to choose from!
