Bring your setup to our shop in Redmond, Oregon for a comprehensive, in-person electrical system tune-up and inspection, performed by our expert team of professional installers. With years of hands-on experience, our technicians conduct a full safety check, upgrade evaluation, firmware updates, efficiency and data analysis, and settings optimization.
You'll also receive a detailed report outlining our findings, updates, and personalized recommendations to ensure your system is safe, efficient, and performing at its best.

HOW IT WORKS
Request Your Date
Reserve an open Tuesday or Wednesday slot on our availability calendar.
Drop Off Your Rig
Arrive at our Redmond, OR shop at 8:30 AM. Plan on at least 4 hours — you can't stay onsite unless previously discussed.
We Inspect Everything
Full safety check, firmware updates, settings check, and efficiency & data analysis.
Get Your Report
A summary of findings, any recommended parts or upgrades with costs, and your chance to approve before any work begins.
Interested in additional work during your visit — like a solar controller, monitoring system, or DC-DC charger? Note it on your intake form; depending on our schedule, it may need to be booked as a separate appointment. We prioritize safety and security fixes during your appointment; for larger issues, we'll walk you through fixing it yourself or get you scheduled for the upgrade.

Please note we are an appointment-only facility, not a retail store.
If any component is found to be dysfunctional due to a malfunction or improper wiring, it may need to be replaced. If you purchased your components through EXPLORIST.life and followed our installation diagrams, and they're not functioning properly, we'll determine if they're covered under the manufacturer's warranty and handle the claim/replacement for you.
For components purchased elsewhere, you'll need to work directly with your distributor on any warranty claims.
