Description

This kit includes the parts necessary to wire a solar array to a charge controller. This kit is to be purchased in conjunction with 10AWG Solar Wire, PV Connectors, PV Branch Connectors (as needed), and PV Fuses (as needed).

There are 5 options for the solar array wiring kit. Because the Solar Isolator can be wired to two separate solar arrays, the configuration options include:

  • Single Roof Solar Array
  • Dual Roof Solar Array
  • Single Roof Solar Array with a Ground Deploy Solar Array
  • Add-On Ground Deploy Solar Array
  • Add-On 2nd Roof Solar Array

Single Roof Array Wiring Kit

The Single Roof Array Wiring Kit is designed to wire a single solar array from your roof down through the Roof Entry Gland to the Solar Isolator and to your Charge Controller. In addition to this kit, you will need to purchase the length of 10AWG Solar Wire needed, along with PV Connectors, PV Branch Connectors, and PV Fuses as needed in your solar array.

The Dual Roof Array Wiring Kit is designed to wire two solar arrays from your roof down through two Roof Entry Glands to the Solar Isolator and to the two Charge Controllers. In addition to this kit, you will need to purchase the length of 10AWG Solar Wire needed, along with PV Connectors, PV Branch Connectors, and PV Fuses as needed in your solar arrays.

The Single Roof and Single Ground Array Wiring Kit is designed to wire one solar array from your roof down through the Roof Entry Gland to the Solar Isolator as well as one ground deploy solar array through the Ground Deploy Port to the Solar Isolator. Both arrays would be wired to the Solar Isolator and then to the two Charge Controllers. In addition to this kit, you will need to purchase the length of 10AWG Solar Wire needed, along with PV Connectors, PV Branch Connectors, and PV Fuses as needed in your solar arrays.
