Heat Shrink Butt Splice Connectors provide a reliable solution for joining two stranded copper wires in electrical systems. Manufactured with a copper barrel and adhesive-lined heat shrink insulation, these connectors create secure electrical connections while helping protect against moisture, corrosion, and mechanical damage.

Designed for use with stranded copper wire, each connector features a crimpable copper barrel that securely joins two wire ends. The translucent polyolefin heat shrink tubing contains a heat-activated adhesive that seals around the wire insulation when heated, providing additional strain relief and protection against moisture. These connectors are ideal for RV, marine, van conversion, and off-grid electrical applications.

Available in 10–12 AWG and 18–22 AWG sizes, with color-coded insulation for easy identification.
