What to Expect with Your Installation

Step 1: Review our Availability Calendar

Select your requested drop-off date from the calendar above. Your request will be forwarded to our team and we’ll be in touch Soon!

We will respond to your installation inquiry with a few questions for you so we can properly design your electrical system.

Once your system has been designed and purchased, we’ll hold the order at our installation shop for your arrival.

Once we’ve designed your system, our team will send you a full quote for your installation.

Review that quote and let us know if you have any questions or changes.

To officially secure your installation date, a 50% deposit of the total installation cost is required.

You will receive a Statement of Work, Contract, and a copy of your full quote with payment instructions via our online portal.

Once your installation deposit is paid, your installation date will be confirmed.

In your client portal, you’ll receive a digital mock-up of your installation through your client portal for review and approval.

Note that 1 hour of design work is included with your quote. If additional hours are required, we will communicate that with you and add it to your final invoice.

Your final installation payment is due 3 weeks prior to installation. You will receive a reminder email and invoice to pay this.

Note that late payments may result in a loss of your installation date and require rebooking.

Your final payment is due 21 days before dropping your rig off at our installation shop.

Drop off your rig, and our expert installation team will get started on your new off-grid electrical system.

You’ll receive pick-up details, your customized system overview guide, and a guide on how to use your system through your client portal. At pick-up, we’ll walk you through your system, review how it works, and address any lingering questions.

You’re all set to embark on your off-grid adventures! Your system installation includes a 5-year warranty and access to virtual support while you’re on the road, ensuring peace of mind wherever your journey takes you.

Ongoing support resources, including system guides and troubleshooting tips, will be accessible through your client portal to ensure you feel confident in using your off-grid electrical system.
