PRODUCT SHIPPING POLICY

All orders of physical products are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with associated tracking information when your order has shipped.
Downloadable products will be delivered to your inbox shortly after placing your order.
DOMESTIC (CONTIGUOUS USA) SHIPPING
We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $200 to the contiguous United States.
Local pickup not available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (all currency stated in USD).
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EXPLORIST.life and EXPLORIST.life Distribution are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification form us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please submit a support ticket and we will look into it for you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@explorist.life and include a photo of the item’s condition and packaging condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do everything we can to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Damaged packages or missing items must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
